How refunds work in Bubble Punks
Bubble Punks, by Immersia Labs LLC
Glowdrops are sold through Google Play and Apple's App Store. The store that took your payment handles refunds.
On Android (Google Play)
- Within 48 hours of buying, you can usually ask Google for a refund yourself. Open your Google Play order history at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, pick the purchase, and request a refund. Google explains how at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.
- After 48 hours, Google's refund policy applies; the same help page explains what's possible.
- Bought by someone in your family without permission? Tell Google: it takes reports of unauthorized charges within 120 days.
On iPhone and iPad (App Store)
Apple handles every refund for purchases made on iPhone and iPad. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or see support.apple.com/118223. If someone in your family bought without permission, tell Apple there, and consider Apple's Ask to Buy for the future.
What happens to your Glowdrops
- When a purchase is refunded, we remove the Glowdrops it gave you.
- If you've already spent them, your Glowdrop balance goes below zero. You can keep playing and earning Gum, and everything you own stays yours, but you can't spend Glowdrops until your balance is above zero again.
- Glowdrops spent on a season pass aren't returned. If a season has to end before the date we showed, you get the rest of its premium rewards instead.
- We never lock or ban an account because someone asked for a refund.
- If a payment goes through on an account that can't buy (for example a child's), we don't add the Glowdrops. On Android, Google refunds the payment within 3 days. On iPhone and iPad, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
